Abstract Redesigned 1960′s Hillside Home
This modern abstract house is located in Los Angeles, California, USA, just below the Hollywood sign. It was built in 2011, and then it'southward a fresh home. It was a project developed by XTEN Architecture, in collaboration with Centric Applied science Group and CY Geotech. The project area occupies 2700 sq ft and it was designed as a series of interconnected indoor-outdoor spaces.
View in gallery The residence has an abstract design only contrary to your conventionalities, it wasn't a completely new project but a renovation and redesigning of a 1960's firm. The exterior of the business firm was kept approximately the same, with some changes. The interior of the house, on the other side, suffered a complete renovation and reconfiguration.

View in gallery The exterior was opened upwardly to the hillside views and several terraces were added. At that place's a large terrace that links the kitchen and dining area with the living room and that has a steel staircase that leads to a rooftop sundeck. Several other terraces were added to the bedroom wing and the upper master bedroom suite. The house benefits from beautiful views of the Beechwood Canyon and the Griffith Park Observatory.

View in gallery The floor-to-ceiling glass sliding panels also contribute to this. The exterior of the house in painted in black and white, creating a very elegant and abstract design. The interior is mostly white and it's decorated with minimalist pieces of furniture and details.{constitute on archdaily}
